The products sold through this site are not guaranteed, nor is there any warranty, except insofar as expressly stated. You agree that the representation of a frame on any image on this site does not mean that the image will be sold with a frame. You agree that the sole and maximum liability to Colm Kelly arising from a product sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered. Colm K Photography shall not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential losses.

Pricing Errors
Where a product on this site is priced incorrectly, either through a typographical error or through an error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on the site for a product listed at the incorrect price. If there has already been a charge to your credit card, Colm K Photography shall immediately refund the amount charged.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an email or any other form of communication confirming our acceptance of your order does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to decline your order, or supply less than the quantity ordered, without notice, for whatever reason. We may ask for additional verification information before accepting an order.

Resolution of Disputes
Any transaction on this site shall be subject to and construed according to the law of Ireland and the parties agree to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.

To purchase prints from Colm K photography we do require name and contact information. The easiest way to gather this information is through the registration form  which is located HERE.

Your contact information will be used only for the purposes of delivering the print orders made by you. We will never release any of the information you give us to third parties.

Payment is made via Paypal secure server. We do not have access to, nor do we store your credit card information. Paypal are industry leaders in online payment and security.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver prints to any destination in the world.

How long does it take to deliver prints?
All print orders are processed individually, so please allow up to 30 days for delivery. In practice many prints will be delivered much more quickly. If you need a print in a hurry, please contact us before you make a purchase and we will provide an estimate as to when a print will reach you. Christmas is a particularly busy time for shipping services so please place your order as early as possible at this time of the year. Use the second week in November as your cut off point. All deliveries are sent by registered post
and  will require a signature upon receipt.

How much does it cost?
The cost of post and package is added to your order at the checkout stage of your transaction. Charges reflect the amount payable by us to ensure that your print reaches you in perfect condition. Shipping costs for panoramic prints are based on the largest dimension and multiple prints shipped together are charged at the appropriate amount above a single item. Current charges for individual items are:

If you are not satisfied with your print for any other reason, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods securely packaged, at your own expense, within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued, minus the original shipping costs, provided the goods are returned in their original condition. We strongly recommend that you use an insured and trackable method of delivery as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
